GROAT, Dennis Charles

Peacefully, at the NHS-St. Catharines Site on January 5, 2024, Dennis passed away in his 81st year.  Devoted husband to Roberta “Bobbie” for 55 years.  Loving father of Jennifer Groat of St. Catharines.  He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Sydney Lortie (Ryan Trinier) of London and Nathan Lortie of St. Catharines and their father Jeff Lortie of St. Catharines.  Dennis will also live in the hearts of his great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bailey Trinier.  Dear brother of Deanna Orr (the late David C. Orr) of St. Catharines and Pauline Hammond (the late David R. Hammond) of Perth, Ontario.

In honouring Dennis’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later date.
