FELSHEIM, Heather Susan (nee Buschlen)

Unexpectedly, at NHS-St. Catharines-Site, on Tuesday, December 05, 2023 just short of her 65th birthday.  

Beloved wife of Michael “Mike” for 40 years.  Loving Mom of Brett and Amanda.  The best sister of Leslie (Henry) O’Hagan.  Dear aunt of Michael (Dana) and Hayley; great-aunt of Keegan.  Heather will be missed by Mike’s family; Christine (Bev), Barb (Brad), Hanni (Marty), Andrea, Becky and nieces, Sasha (Caleb) and Cassell.  She was predeceased by her parents, Marion & Gerry and Mike’s parents, Christel and Hans.  She has extended family in Ireland that will miss her dearly.  

Heather enjoyed the companionship of dogs in her home, almost a year ago the family had to say goodbye to Taz but recently the addition of Lexie was most welcome.  Heather looked forward to the daily walks with the dogs and Lynn as part of her routine.  She was part of “The Mama’s” and enjoyed that aspect of her life immensely.  She had an infectious laugh that was memorable.  Heather worked at Canadian Tire Financial Services since 2004.  

Her family would like to express their gratitude to the entire ICU Unit 2nd Floor that assisted with her care the along with the Trillium Team (Cheryl & Rachel) in caring for Heather during her time in their care.  

 In honouring Heather’s wishes cremation has taken place to be followed Celebration of Life at 1-5 pm on Saturday, January 06, 2024 at Port Dalhousie Lions Club, 201 Main Street.
