DAY, Fraser Martin

Passed away at NHS-St. Catharines Site on Friday, February 23, 2024 after a lengthy struggle with COPD at 79 years of age.  He was a kind and loving husband to Rose (nee Edwards) for 57 years. He was a caring father of Morgan (Amy) and he cherished his granddaughter, Mattea.  Dear brother of Marilyn Boulton (David), Doreen Andres (Alfred); and brother-in-law, Clayton Wilson. Fraser will be sadly missed by his family and close friends of many years. Fraser was predeceased by his parents, Martin & Jean.

Born in Toronto, raised in St. Catharines, Fraser attended Grantham High and later enlisted in the Canadian Air Force.  Fraser was employed at TRW/Thompson Products for over 35 years retiring in 2004.  He loved traveling and spending time visiting his family each winter in California.

In honouring Fraser’s wishes private family arrangements have taken place.  A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer.
