The NOTL Youth Collective kicks off its spring session tonight, April 24 with Spring Fest, a barbecue and a chance to reconnect, share stories from the break, play games and catch up with old and new friends.
The Youth Collective, which has operated for just over a year, will host a barbecue for youth to ease back into the groove before diving into the exciting lineup of weekly programming starting April 29.
Ready, set, GO! is a survivor-style success building opportunity, offered on Mondays from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
On Tuesdays, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Youth Collective offers a hands-on workshop to build confidence, respect and other useful things, “like furniture,” suggests the website.
Finally, the Wednesday crowd can make food, art and friends through a hands-on creative workshop called Love it, running from 6 p.m. until 7:30 pm.
Youth in Grades 6 through 12 are welcome to register for any of these workshops via notlyouth.com.
Tonight’s April 24 Spring Fest barbecue is open to both seasoned members and first-time visitors who want to make new friends and learn more about the Youth Collective. It will be held at 1570 Niagara Stone Road (Cornerstone Town Campus) from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
